Description
The Head of Technical Training will lead technical talent development across the Kiesel Group, including apprenticeship programs, site-trainer support, training and qualification concepts, workshops, examinations, digital learning, trainer networks, and collaboration with educational partners. The role requires a completed technical apprenticeship or comparable qualification, several years of experience in technical training or qualification, strong technical and communication skills, and willingness to make regular business trips within Germany.
