The SPAR + BAUVEREIN Mannheim is hiring a Head of Technology / Construction to lead the technical department and manage new-build, maintenance, refurbishment, and modernization projects from planning through implementation. The role coordinates service providers, contractors, planners, and surveyors; oversees tenders, contracts, budgets, invoices, operational safety, technical documentation, and warranty claims; and serves as the central contact for tenants, partners, and authorities. Candidates need a civil engineering or building technician qualification, real estate construction leadership experience, knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and technical regulations, German at C1 level, and a class B driver’s license.
