OpenFX is hiring a Head of Trade Operations to build and lead the trade operations function responsible for the end-to-end trade lifecycle, multi-currency liquidity and treasury, operational risk and controls, and automation across IST, GMT, and US time zones. The role reports to the Head of Operations, manages and develops a geographically distributed team, and partners with Product, Partnerships, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering. Candidates need at least 15 years of experience in trade operations, treasury, or related functions, including senior leadership at large-scale fintechs or major financial institutions, along with strong technical, leadership, risk, and regulatory expertise.
