Head of Training and Checking at Metrea

Metrea is hiring a Head of Training and Checking (HOTC) to lead the development, recruitment, selection, qualification, standardisation, and continuous improvement of its flight crew training system in Australia. The role oversees training programs, proficiency checks, competency assessments, regulatory compliance with CASA and CASR Part 138, safety management, instructional leadership, and operational readiness, while coordinating with operational and safety leaders. Candidates need extensive aerial-work or commercial aviation experience, flight crew training expertise, CASA ATPL(A)/CPL(A) and multi-engine command instrument ratings, Australian passport and security-clearance eligibility, and the ability to deploy for training activities.
