Description
The role leads Chubb's Leisure Travel Insurance business, a strategic growth portfolio, with responsibility for profitable growth, strategic partnerships, distribution expansion, product development, digital customer initiatives, and full P&L accountability. The candidate will also lead a high-performing team and collaborate with underwriting, operations, marketing, technology, and claims stakeholders. The position requires 10–15 years of experience in travel insurance, insurance, financial services, or related industries, along with a proven record of business growth, P&L management, strategic partnerships, stakeholder influence, and people leadership.
