Description

BVNK is hiring a Head of Treasury to manage treasury operations and digital assets, develop cash-flow and liquidity strategies, oversee treasury management systems and banking relationships, assess counterparty credit risk, prepare NAV and ALCO reporting, and lead treasury governance and stakeholder coordination. The role requires 8–10 years of senior treasury experience, TMS implementation experience, cash-flow and liquidity expertise, digital-asset knowledge, and a professional finance qualification. It offers flexible working hours with remote work at its core and travel opportunities.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 8–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or a similar senior finance role
Experience implementing and managing treasury management system platforms
Experience with cash-flow forecasting and liquidity management
Experience with NAV and ALCO reporting
Experience managing traditional fiat and cryptocurrency assets
Experience managing counterparty credit risk and due diligence processes
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency and digital assets
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fintech, digital assets, or payment processing
Knowledge of payments systems, banking protocols, and settlement infrastructure
Experience with specific treasury management system platforms
Understanding of FCA, PRA, and FIU regulatory frameworks
Background in risk management and hedging strategies
Experience leading financial committees and governance structures
Exposure to post-acquisition integration or matrix management
Knowledge of transfer pricing and intercompany transaction management
