Suno is hiring a Trust & Safety Head to lead enforcement operations, policy, vendor programs, quality management, training, and the operationalization of music rights and regulatory compliance. The role owns enforcement economics, AI-assisted decisioning, appeals, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, Comms, and ML. Candidates need at least 8 years of trust and safety, integrity, or content operations experience, including 4 years leading teams through significant scale, along with enforcement metrics, model-assisted enforcement, and cross-functional leadership experience. The annual salary range is $195,200 to $256,200 plus target equity and benefits.
