Polymarket is hiring a Head of University Recruiting to build its university recruiting and internship programs from the ground up. The role owns campus strategy, event and partnership planning, internship operations, recruiting infrastructure, hiring-manager partnerships, and the management of an early-career recruiting team. It requires 5–10+ years of experience building or scaling complex university or early-career talent programs, strong operational and project-management skills, executive communication, and a builder’s mindset. The position offers a base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
