Head of Validation and Systems Engineering at Bedrock Robotics

Bedrock Robotics is hiring a Head of Validation and Systems Engineering to lead validation, verification, and systems engineering for unsupervised autonomous heavy-construction-equipment deployments. The role owns safety validation, validation architecture, requirements traceability, V&V strategy and infrastructure, hardware and functional safety, team growth, and decision-grade readiness reporting. Candidates need a BS or advanced degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of test planning and experimental design for safety-critical autonomous or robotic systems, multidisciplinary technical leadership experience, and expertise in sensing, compute, data analysis, and test automation.
