Description
The role leads the development and expansion of a heat-pump business area, establishing processes from preconfigured sales orders through commissioning, defining technical feasibility and project documentation, managing technical projects and subcontractors, building a network of SHK and installation partners, and overseeing economic, quality, and performance outcomes. It also coordinates with the head of photovoltaics and network management on combined PV, heat-pump, storage, and energy-management projects. The profile requires relevant SHK, energy, or building-technology education, preferably a master, technician, or engineer qualification, plus extensive experience with heat pumps, heating construction, or technical building equipment, along with project-management, process, commercial, leadership, and communication skills.
