Description

Outset is hiring a Global Workplace Operations Manager to lead and scale workplace operations across its San Francisco and New York offices. The role owns office strategy, facilities, real estate, vendor and contract management, equipment and technology, safety and accessibility compliance, space utilization, renovations, budgets, events, amenities, and operational metrics. The position requires 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, and is 5 days onsite in San Francisco.

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years in workplace operations, facilities management, office management, or real estate administration
At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Experience managing or supporting a growing technology company through multiple growth phases
Experience managing teams and building scalable operations
Experience managing multiple office locations or scaled workplace operations across geographies
Expert vendor and contract management, including landlord and service-provider negotiations
Experience forecasting, tracking, optimizing operational spend, and managing capital projects
Project management across renovations, moves, and events
Capital project management for office buildouts, renovations, and fit-outs
Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, or building code compliance
