Description
Grab is hiring a Head of Order-to-Cash (OTC) to lead high-volume OTC operations across its Finance Shared Services Centre and BPO partners, covering cash application, credit control, collections, dispute management, billing, revenue assurance, and cash optimization. The role will drive process standardization, financial governance, AI and automation transformation, compliance, workforce planning, and team leadership while collaborating with commercial, product, finance, and global process teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 12–15 years of finance experience, OTC leadership experience, and expertise in credit risk, billing, revenue recognition, IFRS, Oracle ERP/ERM, and Power BI are required.
