Description
The Head, Organization Development leads the development and design of bank-wide career and organization development initiatives and interventions. They collaborate with Senior Management and Business Partnership Departments to diagnose problems, set goals, and create development interventions and culture-building programs. The role focuses on aligning organization development initiatives with top management direction, driving talent availability, development, engagement, and retention, and enabling the achievement of business goals.
