Grab is hiring a Head, Payment and Insurance for its Thailand Payments and Insurance team. The role leads the strategic expansion and commercial success of financial services, including delivering financial targets, managing external banking and regulatory partners, developing new revenue opportunities, executing commercial deals, collaborating across product and engineering, and launching go-to-market initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of leadership experience in fintech, digital payments, or insurance, a record of complex commercial deal execution and P&L growth, experience with financial regulators and banking partnerships, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and deep knowledge of the Thai financial regulatory landscape and consumer market.
