The Head Practice Instructor will plan, coordinate, and organize practical nursing training; guide practice instructors and support trainees; ensure training quality according to legal and internal standards; develop modern training concepts; and coordinate placements and communication with nursing schools. The role requires completed nursing professional training and practice-instructor training, several years of professional experience, and strong organizational, responsible, and pedagogical skills.
