Takeda is hiring a Process Engineering & Architecture Lead to lead the GCC function and engineering teams supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The role oversees process engineering, architecture, piping, and laboratory engineering across project phases from concept through qualification, while driving GMP, quality, regulatory, safety, sustainability, and digital engineering excellence. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, a master's degree preferred, and 15+ years of experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology engineering, including multidisciplinary leadership and complex project portfolios.
