Description
The Head Project Manager will lead construction projects from initial planning through final handover, coordinating schedules, procurement, safety, quality, timing, budgets, costs, forecasts, documentation, and final accounts. The role also mentors and coaches project managers, supporting them with technical and organizational issues and helping them make decisions. Candidates need at least five years of similar construction experience, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and the ability to monitor budgets and financial results; knowledge of KPD, AutoCAD, or MS Project is advantageous.
