Description
The Head Receptionist will lead the front desk team at InterContinental Lyon – Hotel Dieu, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinating arrivals and departures, supporting billing and VIP-room assignments, organizing shifts, training and onboarding staff, resolving complex guest situations, and contributing to upsell and loyalty objectives. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and requires significant hotel reception experience, leadership, strong communication, bilingual English, and a commercial mindset.
