Description
Le Cassaro’s is hiring a Head Runner to coordinate the runner team and ensure smooth service between the kitchen and dining room. The role involves preparing service stations, assigning runner duties, checking dish quality, coordinating food orders, supporting section leaders and management, and overseeing cleaning and equipment after service. The position requires successful first experience as an experienced runner or head runner, ideally in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, along with organization, responsiveness, teamwork, and attention to detail.
