Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring a Head Sommelier – IndoPersian to lead its sommelier team and uphold luxury wine-service standards at the integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role oversees wine-list development, cellar and inventory management, guest recommendations, wine tastings, educational seminars, team training, and wine-related business initiatives. Candidates need 3–5 years of sommelier experience in a luxury hospitality setting, strong global wine and service expertise, leadership and communication skills, English fluency, POS proficiency, and preferably a recognized sommelier certification.
