Oswego County Opportunities is hiring a full-time Cook for a Monday-to-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 32-hour-per-week schedule. The role purchases, prepares, and serves meals and snacks for 50–100 children in preschool classrooms, maintains CACFP and health-department compliance, supports food safety and allergy accommodations, assists with menu planning and records, and supervises a Cook Aide. The position pays $16.00–$20.19 and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of food-preparation experience, a valid New York State driver’s license, vehicle access, and the ability to lift more than 35 pounds regularly.
