Description
The Head Start Instructional Assistant Substitute supports a Head Start Teacher by implementing instructional experiences for preschool children, assisting with classroom planning, child assessment, documentation, English language learner progress, and maintaining a safe learning environment. The role is on an as-needed basis, requires an 8-hour Monday-Friday shift, and requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
