Description
SOBI is seeking a deep operations and supply chain leader to bridge commercial and operations across the CEERJ region. The role owns supply chain strategy, continuous improvement, digital and data-driven industry 4.0 initiatives, situational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication of complex decisions. Candidates need a relevant master's or equivalent degree, at least five years of experience leading complex pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain operations, fluency in English, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to work in a CEERJ country for at least nine to twelve months.
