Description
The Head Teacher (Early Childhood) leads and operates an early childhood classroom under the Child Development Director and Childcare Coordinator, supervising children, implementing developmentally appropriate curricula, maintaining records, supporting families, and following safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. The role requires early childhood education knowledge, at least two years of relevant experience, and documented supervised experience with children under six; it offers 7 a.m.–9 a.m. and 3 p.m.–6 p.m. shifts and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
