Forcht Bank is hiring a Supervisory Teller to manage and lead teller staff, supervise daily teller activities, train and audit tellers, maintain vault balances, process deposits and checks, open consumer and business accounts, meet deposit-production goals, and cross-sell banking products. The role requires strong customer service, money-handling, Microsoft Office, banking-system, and arithmetic skills, along with the ability to work flexible schedules, travel as needed, and comply with banking regulations. An associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or the equivalent is preferred, as is two years of face-to-face customer-service or money-handling experience and experience with account opening, vaulting, and teller operations.
