Swissquote is hiring an Associate-Director to lead the eFX Spot team in its FX & DA Trading department. Reporting to the Head Spot Vice-Director, the role supervises operational activities and people, including team management, recruitment, performance management, risk and PnL ownership, trade monitoring, market-structure analysis, data reporting, compliance documentation, and collaboration with sales, software, and IT teams. The position requires at least eight years of sell-side electronic FX trading experience, leadership experience is advantageous, and strong knowledge of market structure, client needs, data analysis, and communication skills.
