The Mondrian Bordeaux is hiring an experienced Head Waiter (M/F) for Morimoto Bordeaux on a fixed-term contract until January 1, 2027. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the role provides attentive service, manages table setup and payments, maintains cleanliness, coordinates with kitchen and bar teams, and supports guest satisfaction and team development. The position requires prior experience in a similar establishment, hospitality training is a plus, and a very good spoken level of English.
