Ideal Tridon is hiring a Header Operator for its 2nd shift in Smyrna, Tennessee. The role sets up and operates header, slotter, and thread roller machines used in fastener and precision metal component production, including loading materials, programming controls, monitoring quality, troubleshooting, performing maintenance, and recording production data. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, more than one year of related machine set-up and operation experience, or an alternative combination of hands-on mechanical experience, blueprint interpretation, and caliper use. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with an hourly rate of $27.50 to $35.00 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellness, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and overtime pay.
