Mucci Farms is hiring a full-time, permanent Health & Food Safety Coordinator in Huron, Ohio. The role reports to the Health & Food Safety Manager and General Manager and is responsible for OHSA and WSIB compliance, workplace inspections, hazard identification, employee training, accident reporting, sanitation program leadership, audit participation, and documentation. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of health and food safety experience, knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, and the ability to communicate clearly in English; post-secondary education, HACCP certification, and greenhouse or packinghouse experience are assets. The schedule is Monday through Friday with potential weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
