ISS is hiring a full-time Health & Lifestyle Coordinator for a 2:1 FIFO roster supporting a village in regional Western Australia. The role delivers and enhances the onsite health and lifestyle program, manages activities and services against contract and operational standards, supports utility duties, develops client relationships, and contributes to risk management and site safety. Applicants need a health or fitness diploma, current Fitness Australia or ESSA accreditation, at least two years of health and recreation project-management experience, group-fitness-class delivery and quality-control experience, event-management experience, staff-supervision experience, a Manual WA driver licence, and Pilates certification or qualification is highly desirable.
