Description
Kepak is hiring a Site Health & Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programmes at its Ballybay, Monaghan site. Reporting to the Site Manager and working with the Group Health & Safety Team, the role covers hazard identification, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, training, compliance reporting, safety culture initiatives, and liaison with regulatory bodies. The position requires a diploma in Safety and Health or equivalent IOSH qualification, at least three years of post-qualification experience, strong communication and IT skills, and attention to detail.
