Eucalyptus is hiring a Health Coach for a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave from December 2026 to approximately May 2027. The role manages a patient caseload in a fast-paced telehealth environment, delivering personalized one-to-one and occasional group coaching, supporting behavioural change, responding to patient queries, maintaining documentation, mentoring new starters, monitoring outcomes, and escalating clinical safety concerns. The position requires an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and experience managing a patient caseload, with strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, behaviour change, clinical safety, and patient retention.
