Future is hiring a Health Coach as a 1099 independent contractor to manage a caseload of members from onboarding through 90-day milestones and beyond. The role combines virtual face-to-face sessions, asynchronous messaging, personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, motivational interviewing, and data-informed guidance. Candidates need a recognized health-coaching certification, an associate's degree or higher, and at least two years of client-facing coaching or training experience. The position is remote for residents in approved states and pays $30–$40 per hour.
