WebMD Health Services is hiring a Well-being Program Coordinator to lead onsite wellness initiatives, annual engagement strategies, health screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and special events. The role also provides one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching using motivational interviewing, builds relationships with HR, benefits, union, and site leadership, manages multiple projects and data, and supports program improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a health-related field, at least two years of wellness coordination or health-coaching experience, onsite client-site work, and flexibility for occasional travel and special-event programming.
