Second Nature is hiring a full-time, fully remote Health Coach for its Specialist Weight Management Service. The role provides nutritional and lifestyle interventions, initial assessments, group and one-to-one video consultations, in-app messaging, and ongoing coaching to people living with obesity, including those on GLP-1 medication. The Health Coach will work with doctors, dietitians, psychologists, and physical activity specialists, attend MDT and clinical supervision meetings, manage clinical risk, and contribute to service development. The position requires HCPC registration as a Dietitian or AfN registration as a Nutritionist, relevant education, weight-management or bariatric experience, health-coaching or motivational-interviewing experience, and some early-evening and Saturday availability for NHS contracts.
