Oswego County Opportunities is hiring a full-time Health Education Advocate to provide reproductive health, sexual health, and adolescent health services in community settings, schools, offices, and consumers’ homes. The role includes case management, consumer education, assessments, advocacy, coordination with schools and medical providers, volunteer and community-partner training, reporting, and program support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services area, 1–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training, a valid New York State driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently and confidentially.
