WellSouth is hiring a part-time Health Improvement Practitioner in Southland for 0.6–1.0 FTE. The role provides evidence-based mental health and physical wellbeing interventions to individuals and families, supports general-practice patients in identifying health concerns, and collaborates on care plans. Applicants must hold active registration in a specified health profession, have experience working with diverse patient groups, and ideally have mental health or AOD experience; CBT or ACT qualifications are advantageous. The position offers a pro rata annual salary of $84,560–$95,130, training, mentorship, professional development, and other employee benefits.
