Martin's Point Health Care is hiring a full-time Health Plan Clinical Pharmacist to develop and execute medication-management initiatives that improve care quality and control pharmaceutical costs across its health plan, mail-order pharmacy, affiliated practices, and partners. The role covers formulary maintenance, pharmacy utilization management and prior authorizations, quality measures such as Medicare Star Ratings and HEDIS, drug information, claims and benefit systems, regulatory compliance, educational communications, and collaboration with quality and population health teams. Candidates need a Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with relevant clinical experience, an unrestricted or eligible Maine pharmacy license, at least three years of retail, hospital, or managed-care pharmacy experience, extensive clinical drug knowledge, PBM and claims-processing knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
