Lawrence University is hiring a full-time Health Professions Career & Experiential Learning Advisor in Appleton to support pre-health and mental-health-interested students through individualized career advising, internship and experiential learning coordination, employer and healthcare-partner development, workshops, networking, and postgraduate advising. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in career advising, counseling, coaching, healthcare workforce development, or related higher-education work; a master’s degree and three to five years of higher-education experience are preferred.
