The Cigna Group is hiring an Associate for its Healthcare Services Leadership Development Program, a hybrid 18–24 month leadership development experience rotating across Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, and enterprise functions. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, business cases, cross-functional project leadership, data and AI-enabled decision-making, and enterprise growth. Candidates need an MBA or related degree, at least three years of full-time professional experience, and experience with AI tools, analytics, or technology-enabled solutions. The program offers a hybrid schedule with three office days and two remote days from one of four hub locations, and anticipates an annual salary of 100,500–167,500 USD plus bonus and other benefits.
