Description
The Health Services Supervisor at HoneyRock provides leadership for year-round health services in Wisconsin, coordinating with Wheaton College Student Health Services, a volunteer Medical Director, local providers, and county health departments. The role oversees nursing staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and mentoring; manages health records, supplies, budgets, reporting, and medical equipment; communicates with parents, guardians, students, staff, and program leaders; and supports health and safety compliance, emergency protocols, and outbreak planning. This is a part-time, year-round, non-exempt nursing leadership position paying $32-$33 per hour.
