Atlean World is recruiting a Health Services Support Agent (German Speaker) to provide customer support by phone, chat, and email; solve customer problems; follow brand guidelines; and record interactions in relevant systems. The role requires fluent German, good English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, shift availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a clean criminal record. It is based in Porto, Portugal, with a renewable fixed-term contract, training, health insurance after training, and a relocation package.
