The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, Minnesota is hiring a full-time Health Unit Coordinator to support nursing personnel by maintaining accurate and confidential resident medical records, preparing records for visits and transfers, transcribing physician orders, coordinating ancillary and physician appointments, arranging transportation, scheduling laboratory work, coordinating the hearing aid program, and maintaining the current DNR list. The role requires completion of an approved vocational technical Health Unit Coordinator course, knowledge of nursing practices and medical terminology, strong organization, communication, spelling, patience, and tact.
