Description
Alteva RCM is hiring an Accounts Receivable Senior Associate for its Revenue Cycle Management team. The role follows up with insurance payers on claim status, underpayments, and denials; resolves and corrects claims; reviews EOBs; uses payer portals and EMRs; analyzes and presents AR reports; posts payments and recoupments; reconciles client payments; and sends patient statements. Candidates need strong attention to detail, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2–3 years of healthcare accounts receivable experience, with Epic EMR experience preferred. The pay range is $65,000–$80,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
