Cohere Health is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Analyst to join their Analytics team. The role involves conducting analyses to drive strategy, inform product performance, and provide insights for developing new clinical intervention strategies and product enhancements. The analyst will partner with cross-functional teams and clients to optimize auto-decisioning performance and increase value, directly impacting company growth and assisting patients during their healthcare journey.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health or related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of experience working in an analyst role
1+ years experience building and/or maintaining dashboards and self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Demonstrated expertise in conducting complex analyses and identifying opportunities to drive enhanced value
Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (such as SQL, R, or SAS) to extract insights from complex healthcare data sets, interpret trends, and derive actionable recommendations
Experience setting goals and meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects
Experience with Athena
Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations
Experience interfacing with internal stakeholders and colleagues on the development and definition of client and program specific KPIs
