Altura Medical Group is hiring a part-time Healthcare Community Outreach Associate in Danbury, Connecticut, to build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, schools, employers, and other referral partners. The role involves identifying and researching partners, conducting phone, email, and in-person outreach, visiting healthcare providers and community meetings, managing a CRM and outreach pipeline, coordinating follow-up, supporting physician and community initiatives, developing outreach materials, organizing events, conducting market research, tracking business-development metrics, and recommending strategic improvements. The position requires 1–2 years of relevant healthcare business development or related experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, local travel, and a valid driver's license and vehicle.
