Description
Experienced Project Manager responsible for leading hospital and healthcare facility construction projects within an EPC portfolio. The role covers the full lifecycle from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover, with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, contracts, and stakeholder communication. It requires a civil engineering degree, at least 10 years managing large-scale building projects including 5 years in healthcare facilities, EPC or design-build experience, Portuguese and English fluency, and preferably PMP certification and experience in Angola or Sub-Saharan Africa. The position is part of a future-opportunities talent pool.
