SmartScale360 is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to support U.S.-based home care clients by coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining workforce coverage, filling open shifts, resolving scheduling conflicts, communicating with caregivers and clients, maintaining scheduling records, generating reports, and supporting workforce management. The role is remote in the Philippines, pays PHP 40,000 per month plus performance bonuses, and requires at least one year of relevant healthcare scheduling or staffing coordination experience, strong English communication, scheduling software experience, and availability for U.S. business hours.
