Description
The Data Analyst monitors, manages, and improves healthcare data file exchanges across clients, vendors, and internal systems. The role supports data pipelines, EDI workflows, insurance claims, eligibility, enrollment changes, file mappings, testing, implementations, upgrades, SFTP connections, data quality, and operational process improvement. It requires 4+ years of experience in system analysis, data analysis, or process improvement, 2+ years in healthcare, and familiarity with flat-file data structures and data analysis tools; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
