Description
The Healthcare Data Analyst II (HDA) leads data and analysis efforts for IEHP’s Clinical and Provider departments, quality programs, and related activities. The role involves designing relational databases, complex query logic, statistical analyses, research studies, and payment algorithms; presenting findings to organizational audiences; and supporting HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA accreditation goals. Candidates need significant experience with relational databases, large data sets, statistical methods, and data analysis, along with a master’s degree or the specified alternative bachelor’s-degree and experience combination. Required tools include Microsoft Access, Power BI, SAS, SQL, and Excel.
